A great spelling activity from the BBC.
Boogle for your IWB. This site has other spelling activities for your IWB.
Free online demo of the Hasbro game Scrabble. A little bit like Boogle but it keeps a score and list of your words as you go.
You can create a free account and save your lists. Create messages for students and parents. Lots of options for activities to learn your words.

This is an fun online dictionary with a lot of motivational video definitions. You can register for free to contribute your definitions.
Great vocabulary builder. Multi-choice where every correct answer donates 10 grains of rice to the World Food Program. Free but with the option to join and track results.
Hundreds of interactive activities for all curriculum areas. Many good ones to use as spelling and vocabulary building. Java and shockwave are required for many of them.

This is an easy to use spelling activity. Put your words in and it will take you through the learning process...look, cover, check. The crickweb site has a number of simple spelling and writing activities for students to use.
